How can I distribute the photos to students?
Here is a suggestion for photo management.
1. Store all insect photos in a folder on the teacher's desktop named INSECTS.
2. Use the Students Shared folder to make them accessible when logged in as any student or teacher at your school.
3. Directions for using the Students Shared folder are available in the blog sidebar.
4. REMEMBER: Do not work directly in the Students Shared folder. Instead, DRAG files from your desktop to STUDENTS shared, then back again. This keeps a copy of your documents safely on your desktop. The STUDENTDS SHARED folder is not secure. Anyone can access it.
